- Second reading and public hearing for recommended amendments to Section 117.74 and 192.09 (2) of the Land Development Ordinance to define and regulate “franchise architecture’ in the downtown area.(Andrea Correll)
- Second reading and public hearing for recommended amendments to Section 148.07 of the Land Development Ordinance (N-C Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District Section 148.07 Design standards- Old Town Oxford (except downtown business)) 3. To reduce the lot coverage in RB and RC and adding subsections 14. And 15 to limit the number of units and bedrooms allowed in two-unit and multi-unit development in the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District.
- Second reading and public hearing for a recommended amendment to create a new Planned Employment Center Overlay District as Section 145 of the Land Development Code. The intent of the Planned Employment Center Overlay District to provide for the development of aesthetically attractive working environments, exclusively for research and development institutions, tech businesses in campus like settings, which are compatible with the surrounding area.
- Second reading and public hearing to delete phrase from Section 227.02, Planning Commission Appeal Procedure. (Andrea Correll)
- Second reading and public hearing for a recommended amendment to Section 134.02 of the Land Development Ordinance to remove residential condominiums (three or more units) and residential townhouses (three or more units) as uses permitted by special exception in districts zoned RB, and to clarify that bed and breakfast facilities may be permitted by special exception in districts zoned RB.(Andrea Correll)
- Reject bids for Jackson Avenue pedestrian signals and ramps. (Bart Robinson)
- Authorize Engineering Agreement with Fisher Arnold for modifications to Waste Water Treatment Plant. (Bart Robinson)
- Consider a request from the Chancellor’s House, LLC for a temporary construction easement for tie back system to be installed under the roadway at University Avenue and South Lamar. (Bart Robinson)
- Consider a request form Chancellor’s House LLC to construct a covered walkway in South Lamar adjacent to the development of the Chancellor’s House. (Bart Robinson)
- Consider a request from Chancellor’s House, LLC for after hours work for deliveries and concrete pours. (Bart Robinson)
- Public hearing on 2014-2015 Budget.
- Authorize Mayor to sign contract with Ritchey Sports. (Brad Freeman)
- Authorize Mayor to sign contract with Jacob Law Firm for City collections. (Lisa Carwyle)
- Adopt two resolutions for loan of surplus property (police cars) to the municipalities of Pace and Rosedale .
- Accept proposal from Landis+Gyr Gridstream -RFAMI solution. (Rob Neely)
