On November 6th, 2021, officers with the Oxford Police Department responded to the Links Apartments in reference to a disturbance.
Upon further investigation, a firearm was located. Jeran Brown, 21, of Oxford, Mississippi was arrested for Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
A hold was placed on Brown by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
