On November 23, 2021, the Oxford Police Department was contact by Child Protective Services about a case involving a child that tested positive for controlled substances. After investigation, Shakerri Nicole Johnson, 31, of Oxford, Mississippi was charged with Child Endangerment.
Johnson was taken into custody on December 3rd and issued a $10,000 bond by a Lafayette County Justice Court judge.
