- Request permission to accept a donation of six (6) signs that recognize Oxford as a “Bicycle Friendly Community”, as designated by The League of American Bicyclists. Oxford is one of three cities in Mississippi to earn this designation. The six signs are valued at $469.90 and were donated by Oxford Cycling and the Velvet Ditch Gran Fondo. (Reanna Mayoral)
