   1. Fixed Assets Management:
      1. Request permission to declare equipment surplus in the Oxford Conference Center Department and authorize its disposal. (Micah Quinn)
      2. Request permission to declare equipment surplus in the Oxford Utilities-Water & Sewer Division and authorize its disposal. (Rob Neely)

      4. Request permission to accept a donation of six (6) signs that recognize Oxford as a “Bicycle Friendly Community”, as designated by The League of American Bicyclists. Oxford is one of three cities in Mississippi to earn this designation. The six signs are valued at $469.90 and were donated by Oxford Cycling and the Velvet Ditch Gran Fondo. (Reanna Mayoral)

      1. Request permission for one Oxford Police Department employee to attend the MS Chapter of the FBINAA training on August 13-17, 2023 in Gulfport, MS at an estimated cost of $972.00. (Jeff McCutchen)
      2. Request permission for one Oxford ARC employee to attend Basic Animal Control Officer Training on July 24- 27, 2023, in Clarksville, TN, at an estimated cost of $1,317.70. (Meagan Cockayne)
      3. Request permission for one employee in the Oxford Utilities Department- Electric Division to attend the TVPPA Engineering and Operations Conference on August 16- 18, 2023, in Chattanooga, TN, at an estimated cost of $1,139.03. (Rob Neely)

8. Adopt a Retirement Resolution for Oxford Police Department Employee, Johnny Sossaman.

11. Adopt a Proclamation celebrating the 150th Anniversary of the Founding of Delta Gamma.
