On Sunday – May 19, 2024, at approximately 2:08 am, the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched to 806 County Road 504 Como, Mississippi 38619 for a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, Deputies found William Robert Adams Jr. shot in the living room of the home. William Robert Adams Jr. was rushed to the MED in Memphis due to the injuries he had sustained.
Investigations arrived on scene and after investigating, the incident placed William Robert Adams Sr. in custody for aggravated assault.
Mr. Adams Sr. was transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he booked. Mr. Adams Sr. is charged with aggravated assault, and was given a bond of $100,000.00 by a Justice Court Judge.
