On November 11, 2024, the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Unit received a report regarding an inappropriate relationship between a juvenile and an adult.
Subsequently, Gavin Trent Hill 19 years old from Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, was arrested and charged with Statutory Rape.
Hill appeared before a Justice Court Judge on Monday, November 18, 2024 and received a $25,000.00 bond. Due to the incident involving a juvenile, no further information will be provided at this time.
