On December 12th, 2024, the Oxford Police Department responded to the parking lot of a business on Jackson Avenue to take a report of property damage to a vehicle. It was determined after the reporting party obtained quotes to repair the vehicle that a felony amount of damage was done.
Investigators were able to obtain video footage of Kristen Bolen, 29, of Lafayette County, Mississippi, damaging the reporting party’s vehicle. An arrest warrant was obtained for Malicious Mischief.
Bolen was taken into custody on December 18th and taken before a Municipal Court judge for her initial hearing.
