Amber Rich, 24, of Enid, Mississippi.
On September 24, 2024 the Oxford Police Department responded to Cedarcrest Drive to take a burglary report. Upon investigation it was determined that a former resident came to the residence and broke into the home and took items. The former resident was identified as Amber Rich, 24, of Enid, Mississippi.
An arrest warrant was issued for Rich on the charge of Burglary of a Dwelling. On December 18, 2024, the Panola County Sheriff’s Department arrested Rich on the aforementioned charge during a traffic safety checkpoint.
Rich was transported to the county line where officers with the Oxford Police Department took her into custody. Rich was taken before a Municipal Court judge for her bond hearing.
