1. Call to order.
2. Adopt the agenda for the meeting.
3. Mayor’s Report.
4. Authorize approval of minutes of the regular meeting on June 7, 2016.
5. Authorize approval of accounts for all city departments.
6. Consider consent agenda:
   1. Request permission for two officers to attend the MS Association of the FBI National Academy legal update training on August 1-4, 2016 in Gulfport, MS at an estimated cost of $1,578.00. (Joey East)
   2. Request permission for Superintendent to attend TVA All Customer Rate Review Meeting on August 3, 2016 in Franklin, TN at an estimated cost of $210.00. (Rob Neely)
   3. Request permission for Superintendent to attend the Urban Forest Conference on July 28th-29th, 2016 in Gulfport, MS at an estimated cost of $400.00. (Billy Lamb)

13. Consider a request to loan the “Oxford on the Hill” painting by John McCrady to the Mississippi Museum of Art in Jackson for the celebration of Mississippi’s bicentennial of statehood.
