The Clarion-Ledger is reporting this morning that two Ole Miss football players were arrested in Oxford for shoplifting. According to reporter Antonio Morales, he discovered the names of Corner Ken Webster and linebacker Detric Bing-Dukes while examining the the Lafayette County Detention Center booking docket.
Neither the Oxford Police Department or Ole Miss has issued a statement as of noon Wednesday, but Head Coach Matt Luke was quoted through a University spokesperson as saying, “We are gathering facts on the matter.”
The football team is set to begin camp on Friday.

Ole Miss interim head coach Matt Luke announced Wednesday afternoon that Detric Bing-Dukes and Ken Webster have been suspended for the season opener against South Alabama following their arrests Tuesday evening.
Ken Webster and Detric Bing-Dukes are both suspended for the season opener because of their arrest for shoplifting.
