- Authorize concurrence with Lafayette County for awarding of contract with Alternate #3 (water & sewer extension) to low bidder, Xcavators, Inc., for the construction of West Oxford Loop from Anderson Road to College Hill Road in the amount of $9,644,908.02 for the base bid and $1,245,536.35 for Alternate #3 for a total of $10,890,536.37.
