National Life Group announced its list of Main Streets Across America, celebrating the best main streets in the nation. NLG picks a main street from every state that showcase, “a strong sense of community and a commitment to creating an environment where people want to live, work and play.” Among those featured was Oxford‘s historic Square.
The list is curated based on four guidelines that reflect strong main street values: a strong local business presence, community gathering spots and scenic vistas, celebrations of history and traditions and civic pride, and diverse social and cultural events and activities.
