- Request permission for two FNC Park employees to attend the Annual STMA Conference on January 15–19, 2018 in Fort Worth, TX at an estimated cost of $2,500.00. (Brad Freeman)
- Request permission for Christopher Wilson, Jr. to intern with the Oxford Police Department for the Spring 2018 semester. (Joey East)
- Request permission to accept the resignation of one part-time officer in the Oxford Police Department. (Braxton Tullos)

- Authorize the appointments to the City Property Commission.
- Adopt an intent resolution of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen to either issue General Obligation Bonds or a General Obligation Bond for Sale to the Mississippi Development Bank in an amount not to exceed $11,000,000.00 for the purpose of erecting, improving, adorning, and equipping municipal buildings. - Adopt a resolution of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen hiring required legal counsel and an independent municipal advisor in connection with the sale and issuance of either General Obligation Bonds or a General Obligation Bond for sale to the Mississippi Development Bank in an amount not to exceed $11,000,000.00. - Adopt a resolution of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen awarding the sale and issuance of General Obligation Bonds, Series 2017B, in the amount of $7,500,000.00, for the City of Oxford, for the purpose of erecting, constructing, adorning, and equipping municipal buildings. (Sue Fairbank)
- Adopt a resolution of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen authorizing and directing the issuance of General Obligation Bonds, Series 2018A, in an amount not to exceed $2,700,000.00, for the purpose of erecting, adorning, and equipping municipal buildings. (Sue Fairbank)
- Second reading and public hearing of an Ordinance establishing a $1.00 fee to be added to Municipal license fees for the purpose of maintaining municipal records as required by MS Code Section 25-60-1 and the Department of Archives and History. (Ashley Atkinson)

- Declare 37 radios surplus in the Oxford Police Department to allow them to be traded in for credit towards the purchase of new MSWIN radios. (Joey East)
