Ms. Cunningham has claimed to be an esthetician, who needed to secure commercial space to meet the requirements of the State of Mississippi‘s esthetician licensing. In 2020, she signed a two year lease on commercial property in Oxford, Mississippi to meet those requirements. Ms. Cunningham abandoned her lease after inspection and licensing by the Mississippi State Board of Cosmetology.
Ms. Cunningham is using social media for the exchange of money related to skin care and spa services. Her work areas may vary. She may be using space which is uninspected and illegal.
Brittany Cunningham has client recruitment sites on social media, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok, BeautyNailHairSalons.com, Fresha.com, LinkedIn, et al.
Ms. Cunningham uses the address of 1555 Chickasaw Road #4, Oxford, Mississippi 38655. She is also using the address of 13 Effie Circle, Oxford, Mississippi 38655.
Ms. Cunningham appeared in Lafayette County Justice Court where Judge Mickey Avent ruled against her and ordered her to pay the terms of her lease. She fled and has not paid. Her whereabouts are requested.
