Oxford, Miss. (OPD) – At approximately 3:30 pm on October 28, 2015 Nathaniel Arnez Huddleston was arrested for the murder of in the area of Jackson, Mississippi by Oxford Police Department Investigators with the assistance of the U.S. Marshalls.
“I would like to thank the Mississippi Bureau of Investigations, Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, and the United States Marshalls Service for their cooperative efforts on this case,” said Chief East. “Everyone has worked on this non-stop and we are glad to have this person in custody.”
Mr. Huddleston will be transported to Oxford where he will be taken before a judge to have his initial appearance.
At approximately 1:35 a.m. On Saturday, October 24, 2015 the Oxford Police Department responded to 1004 Molly Barr Road in reference to a welfare concern. Upon arrival the officers found Kenneth Roberson, 52 year old black male, deceased inside the home. Results from the state autopsy determined that the cause of death was the result of gunshot wounds.
