On December 3rd, 2023, the Oxford Police Department took a walk-in report regarding a sexual assault. After investigation, Samuel Parham, 22, of Batesville, Mississippi, was arrested and charged with Sexual Battery.
Parham was taken before a Municipal Court judge for his initial bond hearing and issued a $50,000 bond.
