- Public hearing to consider updating the Comprehensive Future Land Use Map, including the new municipal boundaries of the City of Oxford, Mississippi by annexation of land located between Old Taylor Road and South Lamar Boulevard. (Andrea Correll)
- Public hearing to consider properties recently annexed into the City slated to be zoned in the City as part of a proposed development known as Callicutt Farms containing a 51.35 acre tract which will be zoned R1-A (Single Family Residential, Family Residential), a 23.65 acre tract which will be zoned RC(Multi Family Residnetial, a 12.55 acre tract zoned RB (Two-Unit Residential) and a 2.56 acre tract zoned NB (Neighborhood Business) all of these properties are located on the Callicutt Property west of South Lamar and east of Old Taylor Road, south of the proposed future hospital road and north of Azalea Road. . - Public hearing to consider properties request to be rezoned will be part of a proposed development known as Callicutt Farms containing a 6.04 acre tract which is proposed to be rezoned from (A) Agricultural to (PB) Professional Business, Case 1839a, a 18.53 acre tract which is proposed to be rezoned from (A) Agricultural to (GB) General Business, a 38.38 acre tract which is proposed to be rezoned from (A) Agricultural to (RB) Two-Unit Residential, and a 13.68 acre tract which is proposed to be rezoned from (A) Agricultural to (RC) Multi Family, Case 1839b.
