- Second reading and public hearing of Case 1947 to establish underlying agricultural zoning beneath the Blackberry PUD overlay containing +/- 234.8 acres bounded on the east by Christman Drive and Molly Barr Road to the south. (Andrea Correll)
- First reading for Case #1955- Request by Todd Paine and Mac Montieth for conditional rezoning of a total of 13.292 acres which includes 11.681 acres from (RA) Single Family (part of PPIN 5067) and 1.612 acres from (RE) Residential Estate (part of PPIN 5042) to (RC) Multi-Unit Residential for property located at 1308 Chickasaw Road and 1902 Molly Barr Road. - Request approval of preliminary plat for Oxford Farms Phase II a 3 lot subdivision located in 100 and 200 block of Farm view Drive at the intersection with proposed YMCA Drive. (Andrea Corell)
- Adopt resolution reviving the twinning relationship between Oxford and the City of Aubigny Sur Nere, established in 1956.
- Accept bids for garbage truck chassis. (Amberlyn Liles)
- Approve Engineering Agreement for W.L. Burle engineering for Lagoon Rehabilitation at the waste water treatment plant. (Reanna Mayoral)
