   1. Request approval of water and/or sewer adjustments in accordance with the Oxford Utilities Leak Adjustment Policy. (Rob Neely)

12. Second reading and public hearing of a proposed ordinance amending Chapter 102, Article XVII of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Oxford, Mississippi regarding a new ticket fine structure. (Matt Davis)
13. Request approval of an appointment to the Downtown Parking Advisory Commission. (Matt Davis)
14. Request permission for Visit Oxford to use the City Hall Plaza and Downtown Square for live music, art demos, leisure tourism activity with amplified sound and one parking space on September 11, 12, 19, and 20, October 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, and 24, November 20, 21, 27, and 28 and December 4, 5, 11, 12, 18 and 19.
