5. Authorize approval of accounts for all city departments.
6. Consider consent agenda:
   1. Request permission for Building Official to attend Association’s Floodplain Managers of Mississippi annual training course on floodplain administration in Natchez, MS on May 4-7, 2015 with a cost of $779.00. (Randy Barber)
   2. Request approval of travel for Public Works employee to attend conference for continuing education in Guntersville, AL with a cost of $966.00.  (Bart Robinson)
   3. Request approval for travel to MRC’s Recycling Awareness Day at the State Capitol on Wednesday, March 4, 2015.  (Amberlyn Liles)
   4. Request approval for Superintendent to attend TVPPA Annual Conference in Chattanooga, TN on May 17–20, 2015 with a cost of $1301.11.  (Rob Neely)
   5. Authorize purchase of Ford F-350 1 Ton service truck from state contract, as budgeted, in the amount of $27,114.00. (Rob Neely)
   6. Request permission to advertise for bids for electric transformers. (Rob Neely)
   7. Request approval for Police Department to apply for Walmart’s Community grant program in the amount of $2,500.00.  (Joey East)
   8. Request approval of intern for Fall 2015 with OPD.  (Joey East)
   9. Request approval for three officers to attend the MS Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission Manager’s meeting on March 4, 2015 in Pearl, MS at a cost of $306.00.  (Joey East)

8. Jo Dale Mistilis to address the board about trash in Oxford.
9. Accept bids on swimming pool renovations. (Rob Boyd)
10. Request permission to participate in the Mayors’ Challenge for Safer People and Safer Streets.  (Kate Kellum and Ben Requet)
11. Third reading and vote for Case #1898 to add Section 144. Conservation Development and add the special exception for conservation development before the Planning Commission to Section 130, 130.02, 131, 131.02, 132, 132.02, 133, and 133.02.  (Andrea Correll)
12. Third reading and vote for Case #1920 to add clarification to Section 148 N-C Neighborhood Conservation Overlay district subsection 148.02 Zoning Authority 1.3) in the event of a conflict between underlying zoning districts and the NC overlay the stricter dimensional requirement shall control.  (Andrea Correll)
13. Second reading and public hearing for Case # 1912, request to conditionally rezone 30.58 acres from (CE) Country Estate Residential to (RC) Multi-Unit Residential.  The tract is located in the 100 block of Old Taylor Road (CR 303).  (Andrea Correll)
14. Accept bids for payroll software system.  (Braxton Tullos)
15. Approve advertisement for a part-time administrative assistant. (Braxton Tullos)
16. Authorize amendment to budgets.  (Lisa Carwyle)
17. Consider executive session.
