- Third reading and vote for Case #1898 to add Section 144. Conservation Development and add the special exception for conservation development before the Planning Commission to Section 130, 130.02, 131, 131.02, 132, 132.02, 133, and 133.02. (Andrea Correll)
- Third reading and vote for Case #1920 to add clarification to Section 148 N-C Neighborhood Conservation Overlay district subsection 148.02 Zoning Authority 1.3) in the event of a conflict between underlying zoning districts and the NC overlay the stricter dimensional requirement shall control. (Andrea Correll)
- Second reading and public hearing for Case # 1912, request to conditionally rezone 30.58 acres from (CE) Country Estate Residential to (RC) Multi-Unit Residential. The tract is located in the 100 block of Old Taylor Road (CR 303). (Andrea Correll)
- Accept bids for payroll software system. (Braxton Tullos)
