- Authorize transfer of funds in the amount of $818,622.00, which amount equals the earning component minus the expense of administration, from the City of Oxford Municipal Reserve and Trust Fund to the General Fund of the City of Oxford.
- Approval of the Second Amended and Restated Trust Agreement of the City of Oxford Municipal Reserve and Trust Fund.
- Reappointment of Jason Bailey as the Alderman Trustee to the Board of Trustees of the City of Oxford Municipal Reserve and Trust Fund to serve August 1, 2013 through July 21, 2015.
- Reappointment of Bob Dowdy as a non-alderman Trustee to the Board of Trustees of the City of Oxford Municipal Reserve and Trust Fund to serve August 1, 2013 through July 21, 2015.
