Request permission to adopt a Resolution of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi awarding the sale of $9,000,000.00 in General Obligation Bonds, Series 2023; directing the issuance of said bonds; providing for the levy of taxes for the payment thereof; authorizing the preparation and distribution of a final official statement in connections with said bonds; and for related purposes. 9. Request permission to adopt a Resolution requesting that the Alcoholic Beverage Commission extend the hours for alcohol service for New Year’s Eve on December 31, 2023. (Jeff McCutchen)
