6. Consider the consent agenda:
   1. Request approval of water and/or sewer adjustments in accordance with the Oxford Utilities Leak Adjustment Policy. (Rob Neely)
   2. Request permission for a School Resource Officer to attend the DARE training in Louisville, MS on February 22-March 5, 2021 at an estimated cost of $2,009.00. (Jeff McCutchen)
   3. Request permission for two officers to attend the CIT Training on Meridian, MS on January 25- 29, 2021 at an estimated cost of $460.00 (per diem only). (Jeff McCutchen)

Public hearing and consideration of a Resolution of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, approving the adoption and implementation of the “Tax Increment Financing Plan for The Lamar, City of Oxford, Lafayette County, Mississippi, January 2021”; and for related purposes. 10. Request permission to apply for a Hazard Mitigation grant in the amount of $900.000.00 for the Bailey Branch Flooding & Erosion Project. The City would be responsible for a 25% match of $225,000.00 if the grant is awarded. (Jimmy Allgood)
11. Request permission to apply for a Hazard Mitigation grant in the amount of $498,000.00 for the Maplewood Cove Flooding & Erosion Control Project. The City would be responsible for a 25% match of $124,500.00 if the grant is awarded. (Jimmy Allgood)
12. Request permission to apply for a Hazard Mitigation grant in the amount of an estimated $98,000.00 for the Stream Monitoring Early Warning System Project. The City would be responsible for a 25% match of $24,500.00 if the grant is awarded. (Jimmy Allgood)
13. Discuss COVID-19 “Current Restrictions and Guidelines” and the current executive orders.
14. Discuss and consider a mask policy for walkers at the Coach Howell Activity Center.
15. Consider a request to continue free parking in the downtown area for Townie Tuesdays.

17. Request permission to accept the donation of two ballistic and stab proof vests from Brady’s K9 Fund for the benefit of the Oxford Police Department K9 Unit. (Jeff McCutchen)
18. Consider a resolution of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen requesting that the Alcohol Beverage Commission extend the hours for alcohol sales to 11:00pm on Valentine’s Day, Sunday, February 14, 2021. (Jeff McCutchen)
