- Adopt a resolution declaring the necessity for the sale and issuance of a general obligation note of the City in a principal amount of not to exceed $2,900,000.00 for the purpose of raising money to pay the costs of repairing, improving, adoring and equipping municipal buildings and purchasing machinery and equipment which has a useful life in excess of 10 years; authorizing the publication of a notice of note sale in connection with said note and the preparation and distribution of information and materials related to the sale and issues of said note; and for related purposes.
