7. Announce vacancies on the Planning Commission, Courthouse Square Historic Preservation, and Historic Preservation Commission.

13. Request permission to apply for a Homeland Security Grant, in the amount of $46,685.00, for a new prime mover for the Oxford Fire Department. This is a 100% reimbursable grant with no requiredmatch. (Joey Gardner)
14. Request approval for a Preliminary Plat for Case #2763, Updraft Investments, LLC, for “The Lamar-Phase 4”, for property located at The Lamar TND, being further identified as PPIN 5067. (Robert Baxter)
15. Adopt a Resolution of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford requesting that the Department of Finance & Administration adopt a resolution declaring the issuance of State General ObligationBonds. (Ashley Atkinson)
16. Request approval for the Lafayette County Remembrance Project and the event coordinator, April Grayson, to host a public ceremony using the parking area in front of City Hall, for the unveiling of a marker (to be placed on the Courthouse Lawn) on September 25, 2021 at 1:00pm. (Jeff McCutchen)
17. Request permission for a uniformed officer to work Sunday traffic details at North Oxford Baptist Church. (Jeff McCutchen)
18. Consider Supplemental Agreement #1 and Change Order #1 with Phillips Contracting, Inc. for a deduction in the amount of $79,576.00 for the East Jackson Streetscape Project. (John Crawley)
19. Request permission to apply for grant funds from the Emergency Road and Bridge Repair Fund (ERBRF) program for multiple projects as prioritized by the Board. (John Crawley)
