14. Consider a request from Mac Monteith, for Case #2640, to modify The Lamar TND Regulating Plan for Phase 2 to change the multi-family mansion flats into single-family homes, for property located North of Cincinnatus Boulevard and East of Jennie Avenue, being further identified as PPIN 39051.
