20 year old Brigham Pierce of Como, Mississippi.
On June 28, 2024, Deputies from the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department received a complaint of a sexual battery that occurred earlier in the week.
After conducting an investigation, it was determined there was probable cause to obtain an arrest warrant for 20 year old Brigham Pierce of Como, Mississippi.
Brigham was apprehended without incident in Olive Branch, Mississippi, and was extradited back to Lafayette County and booked into LCDC awaiting bond.
