How did you get into cooking? Family friend was a caterer (fish fries, etc). I would tag along and help. I think I was 7 or 8 the 1st time I got to help.
What is the best thing about your job? People enjoying what you do.
What is your favorite flavor combo? Pulled BBQ /melted cheddar/sloppy slaw/Rib Cage BBQ sauce/dry rub on a toasted bun.
Name three items in your fridge: Milk/water/Diet Coke.
Where do you get your best recipe ideas? Watching, listening, reading, trying.
What is the best meal you’ve ever eaten? My mom’s Christmas Dinner: Prime Rib, homemade casseroles, dessert!!! (Dixie can cook.)
Personal specialties: Anything on grill or smoker.
Favorite Midnight snack: Breakfast food.
Favorite Kitchen Music: Old country or classic rock.
Who would you most like to cook for and what would you prepare? A few more Oxonians everyday…ribs and BBQ.

Favorite restaurant in the world: Mr. B’s in New Orleans.
What do you like to do in your free time? Golf/biking.
Fried catfish: eat the tail or not? Hell yes…the tail is the best part.
