9 Lives Cat Rescue is thrilled to present Yowl’s on the Prowl – Catwalk Costume Contest, a virtual cat only costume contest. Entering is easy — just CLICK HERE, fill out the form, and cross your paws that your fancy feline wins some stellar prizes! Entries close October 29 at 11:59 pm, and the winners are announced on Halloween.
Year after year, the dogs get to have all the fun while the kitties only get to show off their frills to their immediate family; so the idea for Yowl’s on the Prowl was born. Thankful for the LOU+ community’s support over the years, 9 Lives is excited to provide a platform for our community to showcase their fabulous festive felines. Last year’s contest saw almost 60 entries and some outstanding prizes. It’s difficult to take a cat to “Yappy Hour” or to a traditional costume contest. A virtual contest helps bridge the gap for cat owners to participate in pet-centered events without the risk of a cat getting loose at an outdoor venue.

9 Lives Cat Rescue is a foster based, volunteer run 501-c3 with the mission to provide refuge for homeless cats, provide general animal welfare education, and help pet owners have long happy lives with their companions.
