Rib Cage shut its doors earlier this year leaving a vacancy across on South Lamar. Moe’s Original BBQ has announced they will be filling the location.
Offerings will include pork, chicken wings, and most everything else you expect a BBQ joint to offer. All the meats will be smoked overnight and ready to go when the doors open until everything sells out. Sides will include staples such as potato salad and beans as well as rotating daily specials.
Operated by Oxford resident John Allgood along with his partners, the original owners of the Colorado location, Moe’s Original BBQ plans for a September 1 opening.
The kitchen will be open from 11 am-9 pm all week with the bar operating Thursday-Saturday.
