Garric Demon Terrell, 23, was arrested by an Oxford-Based SWAT team on Wednesday, July 13.
FBI Colorado Springs contacted the FBI Oxford office for assistance in apprehending the criminal. The SWAT team made the arrest in Friar’s Point, Mississippi, roughly 70 miles west of Oxford near the Arkansas border.
The victim of the shooting is still under medical attention and considered in critical condition.
