Oxford Man Arrested for Armed Robbery at The Archive Apartments

On Thursday, July 19, 2018, at approximately 4:00 AM, the Oxford Police Department responded to the Archive Apartment complex for a reported armed robbery.

During the course of the investigation the suspect was identified as Patrick Whitt (31 of Oxford, Mississippi).

Whitt has arrested later that day and transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center. He was given a bond of $20,000 by a Justice Court Judge. 

This is an on-going investigation at this time and no further information has been released.
