On February 6, 2023, the Oxford Police Department was dispatched to the 800 block of Brittany Drive for a report of a burglary.
After investigation, Darius Hardy, 29, Oxford, Mississippi, was arrested and charged with Burglary of a Dwelling.
Hardy was taken before a Lafayette County Justice Court judge for his initial bond hearing and issued a $5,000 bond.
