On Thursday April 29, 2021, investigators with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department arrested 22-year-old John Langan of Oxford, Mississippi, for Attempted Commercial Burglary. Langan was involved in an incident where he attempted to break and enter the Lafayette County Circuit Courthouse around 0100 hrs in the morning.
Langan was arrested and charged with Attempt to Commit an Offense. He received a $10,000 bond.
