On November 15, 2023, the Oxford Police Department took a walk-in report of domestic violence. After investigation, Chad Blackmon, 42, of Oxford, Mississippi was charged with Domestic Violence – Aggravated Assault.
Blackmon was taken in front of the Municipal Court judge for his initial bond hearing of $100,000.
