Officers responded to Marquis Towing in reference to an auto burglary On October 26, 2017. The following day investigators were able to identify the male through video surveillance which led to a warrant being issued for 48 year old Roy Edward Liggins of Oxford, Mississippi. Mr. Liggins was charged with Auto Burglary and given a bond of $1,500.
