On August 23, 2019, officers with the Oxford Police Department took a report of an aggravated domestic assault where the victim was strangled with the suspect’s hands.
Investigators arrested Tyler Lopez (24 of Oxford, Mississippi) on the aforementioned charge. He was transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center where was given a bond of $10,000 by a Justice Court Judge.
