On January 1, 2019, the Oxford Police Department received a call from a concerned citizen about a vehicle driving carelessly. Officers located the vehicle and made contact with the driver, David Holman (49 of Oxford, Mississippi).
A DUI investigation was conducted at that time. During the investigation officers learned that Holman had at least three prior DUI convictions. Holman was arrested and transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center was he was booked for DUI 4th.
His bond was set at $15,000 by a Justice Court Judge.
