Parker Caracci | RHP | Elmira Pioneers (Perfect Game)
Caracci was lights out for the Elmira Pioneers of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League, earning first team All-PGCBL honors as a reliever. As the team’s closer, the Jackson, Mississippi, native recorded seven saves and a 0.78 ERA in 21 appearances to help the Pioneers capture the West Division regular season title. In 23.0 innings of work, Caracci added a 5-1 record and 37 strikeouts; his five wins ranked second in the league, while his seven saves were third-most among relievers. Moreover, he held opposing hitters to a .133 average at the plate. Caracci received a redshirt for the 2016 college baseball season and will return to campus this fall with four years of eligibility.
Carson Klepzig | C | Albany Dutchmen (Perfect Game)
Klepzig has played in 25 games for the Albany Dutchmen of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League. The catcher, who redshirted the 2016 season at Ole Miss, scored nine runs for his summer team. Klepzig also had one home run to his credit. He finished his summer with a 2-for-3 day at the plate, adding one run and one RBI in the last game of the season.
Dallas Woolfolk | RHP | Baltimore Redbirds (Cal Ripken)
Another Rebel who spent his freshman season out of the Ole Miss bullpen, Woolfolk made the transition to a starting pitcher on the mound this summer. For the Redbirds in the Cal Ripken League, the hard-throwing righty started eight games to post a 3-3 record with a 3.74 ERA. He allowed only one run in four of his starts. Woolfolk also recorded 41 strikeouts while issuing 14 walks in 45.2 innings. With three Rebels on the team, the Redbirds captured the North Division crown.
