Solero Technologies earns 2024 Great Place To Work Certification

Water Valley-based automotive supplier attributes achievement to employee well-being initiatives

Great Place To Work, a workplace culture research organization, has recognized Solero Technologies in Water Valley as a Certified™ Great Place To Work® for the first time in the company’s history. The prestigious award is based entirely on feedback and insights from employees currently working at Solero.

Last year, Solero launched its employee health and wellness initiative, PULSE.
