Water Valley-based automotive supplier attributes achievement to employee well-being initiatives
Great Place To Work, a workplace culture research organization, has recognized Solero Technologies in Water Valley as a Certified™ Great Place To Work® for the first time in the company’s history. The prestigious award is based entirely on feedback and insights from employees currently working at Solero.
“Building an outstanding workplace culture is important for me in setting the tone for our organization as a leader. We are honored to be recognized as a positive, impactful workplace by Great Place to Work,” said Dr. Donald R. James, CEO of Solero Technologies. “The excellent employee experience at Solero is built on having an ALL IN approach, and this achievement is a direct result of fostering an open, collaborative spirit with our incredible team members. We sincerely thank them for helping us to build the right culture for continued success.”
Last year, Solero launched its employee health and wellness initiative, PULSE. As part of the initiative, each month Solero team members participate in different activities focused on specific areas of wellbeing, including health and safety. Additionally, Solero frequently celebrates various company and individual milestones and prides itself on recognizing the contributions of its team members and overall organizational success.
“The Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work. She emphasizes that Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Solero stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees.”
