Investigators with the Oxford Police Department were investigating a welfare concern on March 1, 2018, when they came across Willis Sisk (18 of Oxford, Mississippi). Sisk was found to be in possession of a stolen firearm that was stolen from a resident in Oxford. Sisk was arrested and transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center where his bond was set at $2,500.00.
