Damian Juwaun Willingham, 21 years old of Water Valley, Mississippi.
On May 29, 2024, the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Unit received information of stolen property in the area of Highway 315.
Investigators responded to the area and located two side by side Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV) vehicles. The two UTVs were reported stolen from Vicksburg, Mississippi and Russellville, Arkansas.
Investigators recovered the UTVs and continued the investigation. On May 30, 2024, investigators obtained an arrest warrant for Damian Juwaun Willingham, 21 years old of Water Valley, Mississippi, for Possession of Stolen Property. Willingham turned himself in to Lafayette County Sheriff’s Deputies later that evening.
On Friday May 31, 2024, Willingham appeared before a Justice Court Judge and was set a $40,000.00 bond. This is an ongoing investigation.
