36 year old Toni Elmore of Water Valley, Mississippi.
On June 25, 2024, deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to a Domestic Violence call on Highway 315 East.
During the investigation, Deputies determined that there was probable cause to arrest 36 year old Toni Elmore of Water Valley, Mississippi for Domestic Violence.
Toni was arrested a short period of time later at a nearby location after Toni had previous domestic violence convictions from both Mississippi and Tennessee.
Toni was transported to LCDC and charged with domestic violence, simple 3rd Felony. Toni was issued a $25,000 bond by the Lafayette County Justice Court.
