Where do you get your best recipe ideas? I pick a protein, and read about a half a dozen recipes. Then I’ll just come up with something.
What is the best meal you’ve ever eaten? I once had elk, bison, and wild boar on the same plate. The bison stole the show.
What is the weirdest meal you’ve ever eaten? Squirrel Dumplings
Personal specialties: Chopping onions really fast and Dutch ovens outdoors
Favorite midnight snack: Ritz crackers and peanut butter.
Favorite kitchen music: The Rat Pack, 80s hair metal, and 90s R&B
Who would you most like to cook for and what would you prepare? Harrison Ford. Smoked Tauntaun sliders with Corellian Coleslaw.
