Some tips on submitting your PDF ballot (EASY!):
Right-click on the link above and select “Save link as” option to save the file somewhere on your computer.
Open the file with Adobe Acrobat Reader (click here to download now from adobe.com)
After opening the file, click on any line to start filling out your ballot!
When you’re done, click “Submit Form” at the top-right corner of the Adobe Reader screen.
If you use Microsoft Outlook or similar desktop email software, the file should be sent to us just by pressing that button and following the prompts. If you use a web-based email (like Hotmail or Gmail), the prompts will instruct you to save the file with your responses on your computer (it will make you use a different filename than the file without responses) and send it to us as an attachment via your email client…still super easy!
• Please submit only ONE BALLOT per PERSON!
• You must fill out at least 50% of the ballot for it to be valid.
• Voting has been extended to Monday, November 25, 2013. All votes must be received by midnight on this date.
• Look for winners to be published shortly thereafter!
