Where do you get your best recipe ideas? Working with food and having fun with it.
Personal specialties: Sauces.
Favorite midnight snack: Brie.
Who would you most like to cook for and what would you prepare? Cooked for the Queen of England, President Obama, McCain, etc.
Where do you like to dine in Oxford? Locals, Lenora’s, Delta Steak Company.
Favorite restaurant in the world: Old Swiss House, Lucerne, Switzerland.
Fried catfish…eat the tail or no? No.
