Joshua Boyd Logan, 46, of Hernando, Mississippi.
On October 26, 2024, at approximately 4:12 pm, a detective from the Oxford Police Department responded to a gas station on Highway 7 South to help patrol officers who were already on a call for stolen property that was pinging in the area.
Upon arrival, the detective was able to locate the stolen property along with the suspect who stole it. Joshua Boyd Logan, 46, of Hernando, Mississippi, was detained while the stolen items were confirmed by the owner.
After confirmation, Logan was taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center and charged with Possession of Stolen Property.
Logan’s bond was set by a Municipal Court Judge.
