Musician Cary Hudson, formerly of legendary Oxford band Blue Mountain, announced through a Facebook post on Thursday that he has signed an agreement to release a vinyl single on Deal With the Devil Records, a label based out of Magee, Mississippi. The record will feature the single “Fiddler’s Green,” with “Vinyl and Wine” as the b-side. Hudson went on to say that “Fiddler’s Green” should be released sometime in July.
Hudson’s Facebook post reads:
I’m happy to announce that I have signed an agreement with Deal with the Devil Records to release a vinyl single of Fiddler’s Green with Vinyl and Wine on the b-side; look for the finished product in about 3 months! (I am slightly puzzled that His Satanic Majesty would choose such a nice young couple as Mark and Britney Wooten for his emissaries…)
