Adopt proclamation of retirement for Training Officer Bill Tait.
Approve and authorize execution by Mayor Pro Tempore of revised and restated Memorandum of Agreement with an effective date of April 16, 2013, contingent on and pending verification from MDOT of its responsibility to pay for road project cost overages, if any, regarding CDBG and DIP project. Approve and authorize execution by Mayor Pro Tempore of documentation from the City related to MDOT Frontage Road DIP Grant application. (Pope Mallette)
