3. Consider the consent agenda:
   1. Request permission for the General Manager to attend On-Site State Management Review Training in Jackson, MS on March 1-3, 2020 at an estimated cost of $527.10 (to be reimbursed by RTAP Scholarship). (Donna Zampella)
4. Request permission to pay an invoice from BerkleyNet for the Workmen’s Comp insurance for Oxford-University Transit in the amount of $97,878.00. (Ashley Atkinson)
5. Conduct interviews with candidates for Oxford School District Board of Trustees.
6. Conduct interviews with candidates for City of Oxford Planning Commission.
7. Consider an executive session.
8. Consider an appointment to the Board of Trustees for the Oxford 8. School District.
9. Consider appointments to the City of Oxford Planning Commission.
10. Consider appointments to the Downtown Tenant Mix Committee.

12. Discuss affordable housing incentives for Villa West.
13. Discuss Land Development Code modification proposals from the Affordable Housing Executive Committee.
14. Discuss potential property swap/acquisition for future South 18th Street Extended Basketball Court Project. (Reanna Mayoral)
15. Request approval for a sole source purchase for the repair of a pump at the Jackson Avenue Lift Station. (Rob Neely)
16. Discuss use and installation of concrete street markers. (Bart Robinson)
